Where to find me

The office is at 4749 Highway 17 Bypass South in Myrtle Beach. We occupy two buildings on the same lot, so if your GPS lands you at the other number, you’re in the right place.

I work across South Carolina, and I spend my time on the coast: Horry and Georgetown counties, from Little River and North Myrtle Beach down through Surfside, Garden City, Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island, and inland through Carolina Forest, Forestbrook, Conway and Aynor.

What is worth asking about

Whether a condo building can actually be financed, before you write on it. What your income really looks like to underwriting if it’s seasonal or self-employed. Whether refinancing is worth it, and I’ll tell you when it isn’t. What a quote from another lender actually says.

That last one has its own page. If someone has handed you a Loan Estimate and you want a straight read on it, I’ll give you a second look with nothing riding on it.

If you already know what you need

Then skip the small talk and get pre-qualified. You’ll come out of it knowing what you can buy and what to tighten up, which is more useful than any conversation about rates in the abstract.

Either way, ask me the thing you think is a stupid question. It usually isn’t, and it’s usually the one that matters.
